Subject: Dan's first "music INSTRUMENTAL fragment" quiz - Yow!

	I'm intrigued by these "Song Fragment Quizzes" that have been posted
recently, so I've decided to do one for progressive rock.  The only problem
is that so much great prog rock is instrumental - no vocals.  Well, I've
gotten around THAT problem, as you'll see below.

	Each of the following fragments represents an instrumental portion
of a well-known prog tune.  MAIL your guesses to barrett@cs.umass.edu!  All
posted responses will be publically ridiculed!  Contest ends on Wednesday
May 24!  Void where permitted!  YOW!!!!

Here are some examples first:

	Q: "Bummm, Bummm, Bummm, ba DUMMMM....... (doodly doodly)" [repeat]
	A: Genesis, "Misunderstanding"

	Q: "Boopity boopity boooo... doot doot doot DOO-doooooo....
	    Boopity boopity boooo... doot doot doodle-doooooooo...."
	A: ELP, high synthesizer solo near the end of "Karn Evil 9, First
	   Impression"

	(Note: a comma means "pause," and dashes mean quicker notes
	strung together.  Capital letters indicate louder notes.)
