2. On the NetResearch Starting Points page, if I scroll down to a cool link and select it, and then select "Back" to return to the Starting Points page, Netscape returns me to the top of the page. Why doesn't it return me to the link I clicked?

   It's a bug in Netscape Navigator version 3, fixed in version 4. To get around this problem, tell Netscape to open links in new windows. To do this, position the mouse on the desired link and either right-click (Windows) or press and hold the mouse button (Macintosh). In the menu that pops up, select "Open in New Window."
